Recently I have been plagued with numbness in my hands.?

When I play piano (which I love to do--the faster the better), my hands just get down right clumsy and I can't move my fingers due to the numbness, nor can I feel the keys. I think at this point, I only play well the music my fingers have learned from memory. Are there any homeopathic herbal or vitamin remedies out there that will alleviate this?
