Would you vaccinate a baby with eczema?

Hi, my son is nearly 10 months old and has suffered with eczema for the last 3 months. He is exclusively breastfed and with many different bits of advice we seem to have it almost cleared at the moment. My question is whether or not to give him his 3rd lot of shots (at 11 months) due to his obviously lower levels of immunity. Anyone had this situation and what did you do? Also is there anyone who has used homeopathic forms of vaccinating? Thanks for any advice...
