I want to ask what are the real chances of getting married with pco i mean how siin can i get pregnant?

I am 22 years old girl his got married 5 months back.during these 5 months I js had an episode of periods.n this whole thing z making me hell tensed as my husband z unaware of it n we both really want to get kids ASAP.I have taken homeopathic n herbal medicine n due to which I almost got normal periods but again the prob has returned.now I don't know what to do n this is making me freak out .plz for God's sake help me.plz
