Can you ask the doctor to no be prescribe drugs?

I think i have adhdpi but i dont want to have medication (mainly because i heard it shrinks your testicles) and im just wondering if i get tested and the test saids i have it can i say dont prescribe me medication. I want to use alternatives like ginkgo bilboa or homeopathic drugs instead. If you are wondering why see the doctor if im going to use alternatives it is because i want to ask the dr about the best alternatives and the main reason is because my mom dont want to buy alternatives until i am diagnose (she doesnt think i have it)
