Seasonal hay fever is driving me nuts, help with allergies?

I was taking zyrtec, but now, it seems not to be working anymore, I also took a claritin, and ALSO it is not working, I woke up with a sore throat, itchy ears, throat, and I am totally miserable, Is there anything else out there that is stronger or that will work, since these two seem not to be working? Thanks! Also any homeopathic type stuff, or anything I can do to reduce this miserable allergy induced coma that I am in!
