Why was President Reagan able to achieve Economic Expansion during the mid point of his 3rd year in office?

We are now at the mid point of year 3 with Obama's Economic Retraction. Reagan at this juncture of his first term, was the irrefutable Commander in Chief of Job Creation. I guess that it will be the year of egress for the endangered Democrat Digress. Did you digest this ?....Obama needs to go...don't ya think ?
