Homeopathic remedy for sadness/depression?

I've used homeopathic remedies for my family for years, but I need one for myself now and I'm stuck. I was involved in a traumatic event a few days ago in which a neighbor died. Of course I'm unsettled, but now, 4 days on, I'm feeling very low and bursting into tears a few times a day - not a great thing to happen when I'm at work . I'm not sure which remedy would be best to help me - any advice greatly appreciated.
