Pls help..cant get rid of haemorrhoids? .?

i had a baby 18mths ago ans have had painful haemorrhoids on and off ever since..i am willing to try any remedy to get rid of them,whether its homeopathic or over the counter or anything at all!!!!pls if anyone can suggest anything i would be very grateful!!
