I need to decide tonight..?

So my state test I take in school is in. I found out the last week of school I got a level 1 on it. I've had straight A's all year so clearly that is impossible. I talked to my consulor and she said I'm at a level one and nothing can be done. I can either go in tomorrow and get my scores with my mom (she does not know about that score.) or my sister on wednesday (she's knows). However is the score is a 1 I will need to tell my Mom everything and go in. So should I tell my mom tomorrow and go get the results tomorrow and if there's a problem settle it then. Or wait til wednesday and if its not ok when I get it with my sister tell my mom and we can go in after the fact or if its good and they were wrong we can forget it happened. Please! I need advice immediately. I've always struggled but never for a one. I don't want her to be disappointed in me..
