Cures for Constipation?

If you are in-taking 333% of the recommended daily fiber you are getting too much fiber and there are side effects of too much fiber. One is intestinal bloating which can be mistaken for constipation, your body needs a balance. If your stool is wet and soft there is a chance the over intake of fiber in combination with a large amount of water intake is not allowing your body the chance to actually absorb the minerals from your food and for the waste to solidify properly as it is passing too quickly through the small intestine and colon. Find a balance between the water and fiber. Fiber itself helps everything move through the digestive tract so you probably don't need exorbitant amounts of water to boot. just stay within what is recommended for water intake. And exercise, which is a huge benefit.
