Can I smash endangered sea turtle eggs, since they're not sea turtles yet?

of course not, who would dream of smashing a sea turtle egg, for f*UKS sake they're endangered! humans on the other hand suffer if anything from a surplus population, making it perfectly acceptable to smash, sever, demoslish and obliterate to your hearts content :) so long as it's within the first four months of pregnancy, one second past that point however some critical change occurs which makes its 100% unforgivable.
