Applying "Survival of the fittest" on humans?

But this is where survival of the fittest for mankind becomes a conundrum. Because it is the weak that the fittest rely on. Our smartest need the sick to cure. They need the criminals and victims to prosecute and protect. Our strongest need the weak to so they can be recognized as the strongest. We can no longer survive by the law of nature.
