1 1/2 yrs ago my mare who is 6 now had a reaction to the flu/rhino vac ever since shes never breathed the same?

I'm not going to add anything to Gallop's answer, except to say that I agree with her 100%. You've been HAD, pal- majorly, big time HAD. You need to get a REAL VET to look at your mare, and do a proper blood test, so you can find out what is REALLY GOING ON, and stop believing this nonsense you've been told. One other note: That flu/rhino vaccine could NOT have caused your mare's problem, unless the quality of the vaccine itself was compromised in some way. It sounds to me like she's had an allergic reaction to something, and this has caused her breathing issues. Either that, or she has had a long standing, chronic infection of some sort- one which is aggravated by any type of stress or work. Either way, she needs HELP, and from a REAL VET, not a quack like this nutcase woman you know.
